  • 0.33 Cup Rava Suji
  • 0.17 Cup Flour(Maida)
  • 0.33 Tsp Oil
  • 0.67 Pieces medium size potatoes
  • 1 g reen chilies
  • 0.67 Tsp Chat masala
  • 0.33 Tsp Rosted cumin powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Rosted Coriander
  • As Required Salt as needed
  • As Required Water as needed

Directions: Panipuri(golgappa/puchka) #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Puri Preparation- Mix Rava Suji, all purpose flour(maida), oil and water and knead to make soft dough, now make 15-20 small balls and roll each ball to make 1.25 inch(approx) circle, now heat oil in a cooking pot and deep fry those circle to amke perfect puri/ puchka
  • STEP 2.Potato Stuffing preparation- Boil potatoes, white and green chilies, drain water and mash boiled potatoes, green chilies, then all other ingredients for making stuffing iteam.
  • STEP 3.Combine all and serve- Break Puri on the top and add potato stuffing into that puri and serve
  • STEP 4.Serve extra chopped onions, green chilies, so that people can add those according to their taste
