  • 5 Pieces Ready made puris
  • As Required For Pani
  • Handful Mint leaves
  • Handful Coriander leaves
  • 0.67 g reen chillies
  • 0.67 Tsp Tamarind paste
  • As Required Water
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.17 Tsp Black salt
  • 0.17 Tsp Jeera powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Chaat powder
  • As Required Aloo mix
  • 0.67 Cups Boiled potato
  • A Handful Coriander leaves
  • 0.67 Pieces reen chillies
  • As Required Salt
  • Handful Peanuts
  • 0.17 Tsp Jeera powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Chaat powder

Directions: Pani Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, tamarind paste smoothly. Mix with water and add salt and all masalas under 'for pani'.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl take boiled potato and peas mash well.
  • STEP 3.Add coriander leaves and other ingredients under 'For aloo mix'.
  • STEP 4.Fry the ready made puris and fill with potato Stuffing.Dip in Pani and enjoy it. You can top with sev.
