Ingredients for Pani Fulki / Pani wale chatpate pakode Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Besan
  • a pinch of heeng
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 g reen chilli finely chopped
  • 0.33 tsp Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.08 tsp Baking soda
  • A Handful green coriander leaves a handful of pudina mint leaves
  • 0.67 Pieces green chillies
  • 0.33 inch Ginger
  • 0.33 Pieces raw mango
  • 0.67 litre Of water
  • 0.33 tsp bhuna jeera powder
  • 0.33 tsp Black salt
  • 0.33 tsp Rock salt
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.67 tsp imli ki saunth
  • a pinch of heeng
  • 0.33 tsp Lemon juice
  • As Required For Ganishing Some finely chopped fresh cilantro and mint leaves for garnishing

Directions: Pani Fulki / Pani Wale Chatpate Pakode Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take besan in a bowl
  • STEP 2.Add all spices ,green chilli and coriander leaves
  • STEP 3.Make a batter of medium consistency adding water
  • STEP 4.Take aside covered with a lid for 10 minutes
  • STEP 5.Then add baking soda mix well
  • STEP 6.Deep fry making small pakode in medium hot mustard oil till golden
  • STEP 7.Take out in a plate
  • STEP 8.Now make Pani meanwhile
  • STEP 9.Take a bunch of green coriander leaves and a handful of pudina mint leaves
  • STEP 10.Add green chillies and ginger
  • STEP 11.Add a raw mango chopped in it
  • STEP 12.Grind it to make a chutney
  • STEP 13.Now mix it in2 litre of water
  • STEP 14.Add bhuna jeera powder
  • STEP 15.black salt
  • STEP 16.rock salt
  • STEP 17.black pepper powder
  • STEP 18.imli ki saunth
  • STEP 19.A pinch of heeng
  • STEP 20.lemon juice
  • STEP 21.Some finely chopped fresh cilantro and mint leaves
  • STEP 22.Add pakode in this and let them soak chatpata Pani for an hour
  • STEP 23.Add ice cubes and onion rings to serve ,sprinkle little bit red pepper powder too
