STEP 1.Mix the dry yeast & Sugar in luke warm water and give best for 5-10 mins. to activate
STEP 2.Now add maida & salt in big vessel and mix it well with oil then add above mixture & make a soft dough using water
STEP 3.Now keep for ferment for 1 hour , divide the dough equal part & roll it.
STEP 4.Now mix all the ingredients of Paneer tikka and allow to rest for minimum 45 minutes
STEP 5.Spread the pizza sauce and mayonnaise on the it then add procces cheese and mozzarella cheese on it
STEP 6.Now arrange the Paneer tikka and sprinkle chilli flakes and pizza seasoning
STEP 7.Now bake @ 150°C for 5-10 minutes.
