Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Open Multigrain Bread Sandwich Recipe
1 pieces Multigrain bread slices
1/2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Green sauce
to taste Salt to taste (optional)
0.06 tsp Black pepper powder
0.06 tsp Chilli flakes
0.13 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 pieces Capsicum
1/2 pieces Onion
50 gm Paneer
1 g 2-3 tb sp mozzarella cheese g
1 Tbsp Sev
1/2 A Bunch coriander leaves cleaned and washed
1 pieces Green chilli
to taste Salt and black pepper
0.13 tsp Amchur powder
50 gm Paneer
1 g tb sp hung curd
Directions: Paneer Tikka Open Multigrain Bread Sandwich Recipe
STEP 1.1. Transfer sev, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, black pepper powder and amchur powder in a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste. Transfer it in a bowl.
STEP 2.2. Apply butter on both sides of bread slices. Apply prepared green sauce on one side of bread slices.
STEP 3.3 In a bowl mix hung curd, salt, red chilli, turmeric powder and black pepper powder and make a thick paste. Cut paneer in cubes and dip in this paste and keep aside to marinate.
STEP 4.4. Cut capsicum and onions in cubes.
STEP 5.5. Arrange paneer cubes, onion and capsicum on bread slices as shown in pic.
STEP 6.6. Place it on heated griddle for 5-7 minutes on low flame till cheese melts and bread slices turn golden.
STEP 7.7 Switch off the flame and let it cool. Then cut in pieces and serve.
