Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Open Multigrain Bread Sandwich Recipe

  • 1 pieces Multigrain bread slices
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Green sauce
  • to taste Salt to taste (optional)
  • 0.06 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.06 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 pieces Onion
  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 1 g 2-3 tb sp mozzarella cheese g
  • 1 Tbsp Sev
  • 1/2 A Bunch coriander leaves cleaned and washed
  • 1 pieces Green chilli
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 0.13 tsp Amchur powder
  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 1 g tb sp hung curd

Directions: Paneer Tikka Open Multigrain Bread Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Transfer sev, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, black pepper powder and amchur powder in a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste. Transfer it in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.2. Apply butter on both sides of bread slices. Apply prepared green sauce on one side of bread slices.
  • STEP 3.3 In a bowl mix hung curd, salt, red chilli, turmeric powder and black pepper powder and make a thick paste. Cut paneer in cubes and dip in this paste and keep aside to marinate.
  • STEP 4.4. Cut capsicum and onions in cubes.
  • STEP 5.5. Arrange paneer cubes, onion and capsicum on bread slices as shown in pic.
  • STEP 6.6. Place it on heated griddle for 5-7 minutes on low flame till cheese melts and bread slices turn golden.
  • STEP 7.7 Switch off the flame and let it cool. Then cut in pieces and serve.
