STEP 1.In a bowl take hung curd. Mix roasted besan, mustard oil, lemon juice and all spices as above mentioned. Mix it properly, now marinade is ready. Now add cubed onion, tomato, capsicum and paneer to it. Mix all ingredients gently. Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 mins. Arrange paneer, capsicum, tomato and onion in a skewer. Skewers should be dipped in water for some time then use it. Apply some oil in a greased pan and put these skewers on it. Cook from all sides by rotating skewers. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon to it. Garnish it with onion rings and lemon slices. Delicious paneer tikka is ready to serve.
