Paneer tikka is a popular and delicious tandoori snack where paneer (Indian cottage cheese cubes) are marinated in a spiced yogurt-based marinade, arranged on skewers and grilled in the oven.
STEP 1.Cut the paneer into big squares shape, wash tomato and capsicum cut into big square shape also.
STEP 2.Take a big bowl add curd, all spices and roasted gram flour, salt, lemon juice mix it well, put all pieces of paneer, tomatoes and capsicum in curd mix it politely,leave 20 minutes for marinate.
STEP 3.Now heat a non stick pan with little butter, put some pieces of paneer, tomatoes and capsicum, roast for 2 minutes on slow flame then turn all pieces, apply little butter and roast all side until become golden brown.
STEP 4.Then take some wood tooth picks arrange one by one all of them, now paneer tikka is ready for serve with hot tea.
