  • As required Medium sized boiled potato
  • As required Boiled pumpkin mash
  • As required Redchilli flakes
  • As required Mozzarella cheese
  • As required Salt
  • As required grated paneer
  • As required 2Tbsp Refined oil
  • As required Butter
  • As required Rice flour

For stuffed paneer tikka

  • STEP 1.1..mix the the potato and pumpkin very nicely.. 2.add all another ingredients
  • STEP 2.3..make a nice dough..keep it for rest 4..now heat the pan and add butter
  • STEP 3.3..make a nice dough..keep it for rest 4..now heat the pan and add butter
  • STEP 4.5..then add cumin seeds and green chilliy 6.stir for a while..then add paneer and .mix it nicely
  • STEP 5.7..then add all another ingredients.mix it nicely 8..when it becomes little thick switch of the flame
  • STEP 6.9..now take a medium portion from the dough..make it round..little press..make a hole 10..then put the mixture in to the pumpkin dough..
  • STEP 7.Close it nicely.. 12..coated it with rice flour Heat the grilled pan and add oil. Put the tikkli. Fry it in both sides. When it will become little crunchy take out it from the heat.
