  • 1 cup MeasuringMaida.
  • 1.33 nos table spoon oil.
  • 1.17 nos Spoon Salt.
  • 2 nos Tea Spoon Oil.
  • 1.83 nos Onion Finally chopped.
  • 2.67 nos Green Chillis Finally Chopped
  • 2.67 nos Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • 3 nos Green Capsicum Finally Chopped.
  • 3.33 nos Carrot Grated.
  • 3.42 nos spoon turmeric powder.
  • 3.83 nos Spoon Red Chilli Powder.
  • 4.17 nos Spoon Corriender Power.
  • 4.42 nos Spoon Cumin Powder.
  • 4.83 nos Spoon Amchur Power.
  • 5.08 nos Spoon Garam Masala Powder.
  • 5.50 nos Spoon Salt.
  • 6.33 cup MeasuringPaneer Grated.

Directions: Paneer Stuffed Mughlai Paratha. Recipe

  • STEP 1.2 Measuring Cup Maida, 2 Table Spoon Oil, 1/2 Spoon Salt, Mix well then add 1/2 Measuring Cup Water. Knead dough for 5 Minutes. If want to add water as per requirement and knead the smooth and soft Dough. Add 1 Spoon Oil and Grease well. And cover the Dough rest for 20Minutes.
  • STEP 2.Take 2 Tea Spoon Oil in a Pan. Add 1/2 fin०lly Chopped Onion, Add 2 finally Chopped Green Chilis. Add 1 Spoon of Ginger Garlic Paste. All ingredients sauted well. Then add 1 Green Capsicum finally Chopped. Add 1 Grated Carrot, and sauted for 3 minutes. It's shrink Slightly. Then add 1/4 Spoon Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Spoon Amchur Powder, 1/4 Spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt.Saute for 1 Minute. It's turn Aeromatic. Then add 2 Cups of Greated Paneer. Now our Stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 3.3. After 20 Minutes make balls size dough. Dust Plain Flour Maida. Roll thin. Add 4 Table Spoon Stuffings. Fold it 4sided. Press Gently. And put the Patatha on Pan, add 1 Tea Spoon Oil, flip over, put 1 Tea spoon Oil, and roast both the sides in Golden and crisp. Cut the Paratha and Serve The Golden and Paneer Stuffed Mughlai Paratha.
  • STEP 4.Now serve the Yummy Paneer Stuffed Mughlai Paratha. It's Very Tasty and Yummy.
