Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the parwals, then make a lengthwise slit in each one.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together paneer, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Stuff the paneer mixture into the parwals and secure with toothpicks.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and fry the stuffed parwals until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.In another pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and spices.
  • STEP 6.Add the malai, cashew paste, and water to make a creamy gravy.
  • STEP 7.Place the fried parwals in the gravy and simmer for a few minutes.
