Shawarma is a chicken dish made with marinated chicken with some special masala. This is a vegetarian Version of Shawarma made with marinated Paneer and peri peri masala. This easy and chatpati recipe will be loved by children for sure.

STEP 1.Take 200 grams of Paneer. Add 1/4 cup of hung curd, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 packet peri peri masala, salt to taste, kasoori methi and some chilli flakes. Add 1 tsp lemon juice . Mix well and marinate for 30 mins.
STEP 2.Chop onions, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumber, coriander and green chillies of choice. Cut lemons too.
STEP 3.Take whole wheat wraps. You can also take Whole wheat Parathas
STEP 4.Heat tawa. Put some ghee and roast marinated Paneer on all the sides until cooked and beautifully charred.
STEP 5.Roast wraps applying ghee on both sides. Now take one wrap on plate. Put some veggies, Paneer Shawarma, extra peri peri masala, lemon juice, pepper powder, Sandwich mayonnaise, coriander mint chutney, Maggi sweet and spicy sauce grated cheese and coriander.
STEP 6.Fold the wraps and cover with parchment paper.
STEP 7.Serve with tomato sauce, green chutney
