Ingredients for Paneer Salad... Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Paneer cubes
  • 1/2 cup Diced cucumber
  • 1/2 As Required med sized onion diced
  • 1/4 cup Diced carrot
  • 1/4 cup deseeded diced tomato
  • 1 g reen chilli chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp Oregano
  • 0.13 tsp Dry basil
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil

Directions: Paneer Salad... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan , add oil , heat it.
  • STEP 2.Season paneer with salt & black pepper powder, saute it on low flame until light pink.
  • STEP 3.Turn off the flame , take out in a dish , keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Take a bowl , add onion , tomato ,carrot , cucumber & green chilli .
  • STEP 5.In goes sauteed paneer . Add salt , black pepper powder , oregano , basil & lemon juice .
  • STEP 6.Mix it well , garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
