STEP 1.Take 1.5 liter of full-fat milk and boil them. Parallelly, prepare lemon juices to curdle the milk. Take 2 lemons and extract the juice and mix the juice with some water. Add the lemon juice to the boiling milk. Milk will curdle soon. After that, take thin cotton cloths, to extract the paneer/chhena out of the curdled milk. Leave it in the cloth for about 30 minutes. In this way, all water will be out of the chhena/paneer.
STEP 2.Take a pan and add 3 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar, to prepare the sugar syrup. Add few rose petals, rose water, cardamom powder. Let them boil and keep stirring.
STEP 3.Take the paneer and add 1 spoon of cornflour powder, 2 spoons of milk powder, and 1 drop of rose food color/gel. Mix them well for about 10 minutes by hand.
STEP 4.Make small round ball shapes and add them to sugar syrup on medium flame. Let them cook for about 10 minutes. After that, it will look really fluffy. Then let it cool down and serve :)
STEP 5.Garnish it with Silver Edible balls
