STEP 1.1. Add oil in pan, fry the paneer cubes and keep aside.
STEP 2.2. Add ghee in the same pan, then add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and let them crackle.
STEP 3.3. Then add peas and paneer and saute, add salt, turmeric powder and rice, mix everything well.
STEP 4.4. Add water and cover the lid and simmer and let the rice cooked completely and water gets absorbed. Rest it for few minutes and serve.
