STEP 1.peel the potatoes and now add the the vegetables..
STEP 2.now add spices according to taste along with cornflour..and mix it properly into a smooth dough..and cover it
STEP 3.meanwhile mash paneer and add salt and cornflour. And make small balls in the shape of eggs and keep aside...
STEP 4.take about 3 to 4 Tbsp of potato mixer in ur hand and try to shape it like a basket and coat it with cornflour. And roll it in vermicelli..
STEP 5.Now place these baskets in fridge for about 15 to 20 min..
STEP 6.After this take oil in a pan.when the oil is quiet hot. Put the paneer eggs in it for about 30 sec and take out..
STEP 7.now take out the basket from the fridge and deep Fry them when they r golden brown in color..
STEP 8.Now arrange it in plate..pour coriander chutney in the basket along with some mint leaves and arrange 3 paneer eggs into it and serve with your favourite decoration..
STEP 9.Tada , your aloo paneer basket is ready...
