Ingredients for Paneer Popcorn Recipe

  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 1.50 tsp Cornflour
  • 1.50 tsp maida
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 packet Salted potato chips

Directions: Paneer Popcorn Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, take a bowl add cornflour, maida, oregano, Red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and garam masala. Mix well them.
  • STEP 2.Put paneer in a dry mixture , mix it to get the proper coating.
  • STEP 3.Take the paneer cubes out now and keep them aside.
  • STEP 4.Now, add water in the mixture and make it free flowing. Now, add coated paneer cubes in the wet mixture and cover it.
  • STEP 5.Salted potato chips grind them with hands. Take out paneer cubes and coat them with salted potato chips. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till golden brown colour.
  • STEP 6.Crispy Paneer popcorn is ready to serve with fresh coriander Chutney .
