STEP 1.Firstly, take a bowl add cornflour, maida, oregano, Red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and garam masala. Mix well them.
STEP 2.Put paneer in a dry mixture , mix it to get the proper coating.
STEP 3.Take the paneer cubes out now and keep them aside.
STEP 4.Now, add water in the mixture and make it free flowing. Now, add coated paneer cubes in the wet mixture and cover it.
STEP 5.Salted potato chips grind them with hands. Take out paneer cubes and coat them with salted potato chips. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till golden brown colour.
STEP 6.Crispy Paneer popcorn is ready to serve with fresh coriander Chutney .
