Ingredients for Paneer popcorn Recipe

  • 100 g Paneer
  • 0.17 cup Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Carom seeds
  • to taste salt according
  • 0.17 tsp blacp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Paneer Popcorn Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all put paneer in the bowl.
  • STEP 2.Now add all the spices and mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Add lemon juice.
  • STEP 4.Now take a bowl & add cornflour and maida.
  • STEP 5.Now mix it well and make a thin slurry.
  • STEP 6.Now add chilli flakes,oregno black pepper & salt
  • STEP 7.Now add paneer pieces in the cornflour slurry and cover it wth bread crumbs.
  • STEP 8.Repeat ths method two times.
  • STEP 9.Our paneer popcorn is ready to fry.
  • STEP 10.Keep the paneer popcorn in the freezer for 5-10 mnt.
  • STEP 11.Now in a nonstick pan shallow fry these popcorn untill they golden brown.
  • STEP 12.Our paneer popcorn is ready to serve wth tomato sauce or green chutney.
