Directions: Paneer Pinwheel In N Veg Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.For paneer pinwheels. Add pcs of paneer to grinder jar and make fine paste to it add salt and black pepper,suji and 1-2 tbsps madia and make a smooth dough .keep aside covered. For gravy...in grinder jar add the dry ingredients, tomato , soaked cashew except butter, Kasuri methi and water.make a fine paste. To a kadhai add butter to it add kasuri methi...as the aroma comes out add the paste and cook until oil oozes out .take-out 1-2 tbsps of the cooked gravy,let it get cooled and add water as per requirement and let the gravy come to boil. It's time to maķe the pinwheels out of the dough.dust maida and roll out the dough neither too thick nor too thin ,spread the cooked gravy masala evenly on the rolled paneer then with a knife or pizza cutter cutout 11/2" strips and roll them lightly into rolls.put these rolls in the gravy and let it cook for 4-5 minutes and done yummy paneer pinwheel in gravy.
