  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, crumble the paneer and add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into small circles. Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center of each circle and fold the edges to seal the filling.
  • STEP 4.Roll out the stuffed dough balls into parathas, ensuring the filling is evenly distributed.
  • STEP 5.Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown, applying ghee or oil as needed.
