  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, grated radish, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Knead the mixture into a soft dough by adding whole wheat flour, salt, and water.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into discs.
  • STEP 4.Place a portion of the paneer-radish mixture in the center of each disc and seal the edges.
  • STEP 5.Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha and cook on a hot griddle until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Paneer-Mooli Paratha hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
