Ingredients for Paneer Masala in White Gravy Recipe

  • 1/4 cup 1+1/2 cup
  • 1/2 pieces Chopped onion
  • 2.50 pieces 10-13 pieces cashew nuts
  • 1.50 pieces 6-7 pieces soak almonds and remove their skins
  • as required Coriander
  • 3/4 pieces 3-4 pieces cloves
  • 3/4 pieces 3-4 pieces black pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces Small piece cinnamon
  • 1/2 pieces Green cardamom
  • 1/2 pieces Bay leaves
  • 3/4 pieces 3-4 pieces green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1.50 pieces 6-7 pieces
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 3/4 tablespoon Curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Cream
  • 1/2 tsp 2-3 tsp
  • 0.13 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Paneer Masala In White Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.: Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry it by adding khada masala. Now take out the fried khada masala from the oil. Now in the same oil add 2 green chilies, onion, garlic, ginger, sesame, poppy seeds and fry them well.
  • STEP 2.Now put the roasted ingredients, cashew nuts, almond pieces, curd, cream in the mixer jar and grind it well. Cut the pieces of cheese.
  • STEP 3. Heat butter in a pan, add 2 green chilies, bay leaves, onions and saute well.
  • STEP 4. Now add powdered gravy to it and fry it well. Now add sugar, salt and paneer to it and mix well.
  • STEP 5. Now add coriander, kasuri fenugreek and cook it,
  • STEP 6.Garam garam paneer masala in white gravy is ready.
