Manchurian is a chinise recipe,which made with lots of veggies balls in sauces curry.but this time I made it with Indian cottage cheese (paneer) n lots of veggies....
It's mouthwatring in looks n taste 😋😋
STEP 1.Manchurian Balls---Collect all the ingredients. Mix paneer, all vegetables, flour, cornflour, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
STEP 2.Now make small balls from this mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the balls in it till they turn golden in color and take them out. Manchurian balls are ready.
STEP 3.Gravy --- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and green chilies and saute it.Now add capsicum and fry for 1 minute. Then add tomato ketchup, red chili sauce and soy sauce. Do all this work on high flame only.
STEP 4.Now add 1 cup of water and add salt and pepper to it. Make a slurry by adding 1/4 cup water to the cornflour and add it to the gravy and let it boil.Now add spring onion and fried balls and cook for 1-2 minutes or till the gravy thickens slightly.
STEP 5.Take out in a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion and serve as is or with fried rice.
