#Restaurant Manchurian is a chinise recipe,which made with lots of veggies balls in sauces curry.but this time I made it with Indian cottage cheese (paneer) n lots of veggies.... It's mouthwatring in looks n taste 😋😋

Ingredients for Paneer Manchurian (restaurant style) Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Grated paneer
  • 0.17 cup cabbage finally chopped
  • 0.67 tbsp n carrot finnally chopped
  • 0.67 tbsp n capsicum finally chopped
  • 0.67 tbsp n onion finally chopped
  • 0.33 tbsp n refined flour
  • 0.33 tbsp n corn flour
  • 0.17 tbsp n black pepper powder
  • to taste salt according
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tbsp n oil for grevy
  • 1.33 g Cloves of garlic
  • 0.33 g reen chilli finally chopped
  • 0.33 tsp n ginger finally chopped
  • 0.33 tbsp n spring onion finally chopped
  • 0.08 cup capsicum finally chopped
  • 1 tbsp n tomato ketchup
  • 0.33 tbsp n red chilli sauce
  • 0.33 tsp n soya sauce
  • to taste salt according
  • 0.33 cup water
  • 0.33 tbsp n corn flour for paste
  • 0.33 tsp n black pepper powder
  • 0.08 cup water

Directions: Paneer Manchurian (restaurant Style) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Manchurian Balls---Collect all the ingredients. Mix paneer, all vegetables, flour, cornflour, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • STEP 2.Now make small balls from this mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the balls in it till they turn golden in color and take them out. Manchurian balls are ready.
  • STEP 3.Gravy --- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and green chilies and saute it.Now add capsicum and fry for 1 minute. Then add tomato ketchup, red chili sauce and soy sauce. Do all this work on high flame only.
  • STEP 4.Now add 1 cup of water and add salt and pepper to it. Make a slurry by adding 1/4 cup water to the cornflour and add it to the gravy and let it boil.Now add spring onion and fried balls and cook for 1-2 minutes or till the gravy thickens slightly.
  • STEP 5.Take out in a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion and serve as is or with fried rice.
