Ingredients for Paneer Makhanwala Recipe

  • 1/5 cup 1+1/2 cup chopped paneer
  • 1/5 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/5 cup 1+1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/5 tsp Sugar
  • 1/10 cup Milk
  • 0.40 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/10 cup Cream
  • 1/5 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/10 tsp Roasted coriander powder
  • 1/10 tsp Amchur powder
  • 1/5 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 0.40 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • 1.20 g 6-7 garlie pieces
  • 1/5 Inch 1 inch ginger
  • 1/5 Inch cinnamon as per required
  • 1/20 cup cashews nut
  • 1/5 Inches piece Bay leaf
  • 1/5 tsp whole roasted coriander
  • 1/5 tsp whole roasted cumin
  • 0.40 Pieces piece dry kashmiri red chillies
  • as required Coriander
  • 0.80 tsp Butter
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 1/20 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/10 tsp Turmeric
  • 1.40 Pieces 5-6pieces curry leaves
  • As Required salt as per taste

Directions: Paneer Makhanwala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the pieces of paneer and fry them in hot oil.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, red chili, coriander, cumin, clove, black pepper, sesame and fry it well. Cut tomatoes into big pieces. Now put roasted onion masala and tomato in a mixer jar and grind it.
  • STEP 3. Smooth grinding. Heat butter in a kadhai, add bay leaves and grinded spices and saute well. Now mix red chili powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, kasoori fenugreek, turmeric, asafoetida, sugar, mango powder and fry it.
  • STEP 4.Now add milk, cream, salt and mix it well, add cheese and water as required and let it boil well.
