STEP 1.Cut the pieces of paneer and fry them in hot oil.
STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, red chili, coriander, cumin, clove, black pepper, sesame and fry it well. Cut tomatoes into big pieces. Now put roasted onion masala and tomato in a mixer jar and grind it.
STEP 3. Smooth grinding. Heat butter in a kadhai, add bay leaves and grinded spices and saute well. Now mix red chili powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, kasoori fenugreek, turmeric, asafoetida, sugar, mango powder and fry it.
STEP 4.Now add milk, cream, salt and mix it well, add cheese and water as required and let it boil well.
