STEP 2.Method- first 1glass water pour in to cooker add in to tomatoes, ginger, green chilly, kaju, taj, cloves. Than 3whistle cook.let it cool down. Make fine grevy. Now take 6pieces paneer , Cheese cub cut, and all above spices add in to mixture jar nd Grinding fine paste.
STEP 3.Now add tomato grevy nd make paste.
STEP 4.Now.take a pan pour in to ghee and fry paneer 1 minute.than take out fry paneer in plate. Now add oil same pan pour in to rich creamy grevy cook till 5minute than add little water , salt as par test , sugar , red chilly powder cook 2minutes than add paneer cube nd cover it 2minutes. Mix well off the gas. At last garnish with ksuri methi with the help of palm..our rich paneer makhani ready to serve witb paratha or roti
