Ingredients for Paneer Makhani Recipe

  • 62.50 g Paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 Pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Pieces Cashews
  • 2 Pieces Almonds
  • 0.06 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp garam masala powder
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/4 Pieces Cinnamon

Directions: Paneer Makhani Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and put chopped onions, garlic and tomato, fry for 2-3 minutes.

  • STEP 2.Remove from fire and after cooling grind them into a fine paste with curd, cashews and almonds.

  • STEP 3.Heat oil in another pan and fry paneer cubes till light golden.

  • STEP 4.Heat butter in a skillet, add whole garam masalas and blended onion cashews paste.

  • STEP 5.Add turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.

  • STEP 6.Add fried paneer pieces and fresh cream, kasoori methi.

  • STEP 7.Switch off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves and cream, serve hot with zeera rice.
