STEP 1.First of all heat one tablespoon oil. Now add chopped onion, ginger ,garlic, chilli, and cashew nuts .Roastit for three minutes, mix well ,then roast it in a sim flame for five minutes.
STEP 2.After 2 to 5 minutes stir, turn off the heat and let cool. When it cools down, remove from the heat and add a little water.
STEP 3.Now put the remaining oil in the pan, once the oil is hot, keep the heat on medium heat and now add small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds and fry. Then add grinded paste and mix.
STEP 4.Add garam masala, red chili powder, salt and sugar and mix well. Now fry till the oil separates from the spices. Then add a cup of water.
STEP 5.Then add one teaspoon of cream, grated paneer and kasuri methi. Now add chopped cheese and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Now your paneer lababdar is ready.💖😋
