Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, yogurt, salt, sugar, baking powder, and oil. Knead into a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.In another bowl, crumble paneer and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the stuffed kulcha on the tawa and cook until golden brown on both sides, applying oil or ghee as needed.
