  • 200 gram Paneer, Cut Into Cubes
  • 250 gram Kaleji, Cleaned And Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies, Slit
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Directions: Paneer Kaleji Special Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the paneer cubes with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated paneer cubes. Cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat oil and add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add the kaleji (liver) to the pan and cook until it is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked paneer cubes to the pan with kaleji and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the paneer cubes for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  • Do not overcook the kaleji as it can become tough and chewy.
  • Adjust the spice levels according to your preference by adding more or less chili powder.
  • You can also add some garam masala for an extra burst of flavor.
