Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add cauliflower florets and cook until they are slightly tender. Then, add paneer cubes and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add fresh cream and kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves). Mix well and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • You can blanch the cauliflower florets in hot water for a few minutes before adding them to the dish to speed up the cooking process.
  • To make the dish spicier, you can add green chilies or increase the amount of red chili powder.
