STEP 1.Firstly grate the panner. With the help of chopper chop the onion, tomato and capsicum individually even make ginger garlic chilli paste.
STEP 2.Now in pan heat the butter and oil add cumin seeds, ginger garlic chilli paste and onion, saute for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3.Now add the tomatoes and capsicum and all the seasoning and cook till oil and butter is released.
STEP 4.Then add panner and cook for a while, add water to adjust the consistency.
STEP 5.Finally add kasuri methi and lemon juice and off the flame.
STEP 6.Garnish:- fresh coriander and serve it hot with paratha, achaar and masala onion.
