Ingredients for Paneer Ghotala Recipe

  • 100 gm Paneer
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1.50 g reen chiilli
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • As Required For Ganishing Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp Cheese

Directions: Paneer Ghotala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add oil to a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  • STEP 2.Now add finely chopped onion and green chillies and saute it
  • STEP 3.Once done, add capsicum and let it turns mushy.
  • STEP 4.Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till it soften up.
  • STEP 5.Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Now add crumbled paneer, grate the Cheese and mix into it.
  • STEP 7.Paneer Ghotala is ready. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and serve with bread of your choice.
