Ingredients for Paneer Do Pyaza Recipe

  • 40 gm Paneer
  • 0.60 Pieces Onion
  • 0.40 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/5 tsp ginger- garlic paste
  • 1/5 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/10 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.40 Pieces green cardamom pods
  • 1/5 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1/5 Pieces Clove
  • 0.07 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/10 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/5 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 0.40 tbsp Butter
  • 0.40 tbsp Oil
  • 1/5 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/10 cup water
  • 1/5 tbsp Grated paneer

Directions: Paneer Do Pyaza Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut paneer into 1-inch cubes and fry in hot oil.

  • STEP 2.Finely chop 1 onion.

  • STEP 3.Cut remaining onion into 4 equal parts.

  • STEP 4.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry onion layers until light brown.

  • STEP 5.Cut 1 Tomato in cubes and fry them lightly.

  • STEP 6.Heat 2 tbsp butter in the same pan.

  • STEP 7.Add green cardamom, bay leaf, clove and cumin.

  • STEP 8.Add chopped onion wnd sauté until light brown.

  • STEP 9.Add garlic paste and remaining chopped tomatoes and sauté for a minute.

  • STEP 10.Add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.

  • STEP 11.Add paneer cubes, shallow fried onions and fried tomatoes.

  • STEP 12.Add water and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  • STEP 13.Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and fresh cream, mix well.

  • STEP 14.Add grated paneer, mix well and switch off the flame.

  • STEP 15.Transfer in serving dish, garnish with grated paneer, chopped coriander and serve hot.
