  • 1 Cups Sweet corn kernels
  • 1 Packet Paneer
  • 1 Packet Baby corn
  • 2 Pieces Potato
  • 2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tsp Chat masala
  • 2 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • As Required green chillies(chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
  • A Handful Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Tbsp Peppercorns
  • 2 Tsp Zeera
  • 2 Pieces Onions
  • 4 Pieces Tomatoes
  • A Handful Cashews
  • A Handful kasuri methi

Directions: Paneer Corn Lollipop Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.For Corn balls-Take a Cup of Frozen Sweet Corn kernels,2 boiled mashed potatoes,Grated Paneer,Salt,Turmeric powder,Red Chilli powder,Chat masala powder,Pepper Powder Minced green chillies,Ginger Garlic Paste and Finely chopped Coriander leaves..
  • STEP 2.Mix Everything Well to Form a Dough..Make Small balls from it and Shallow fry them and keep them Aside..
  • STEP 3.Take Baby Corn,Marinate it with Rice Flour,Corn Starch,Salt,Turmeric powder,Red Chilli powder,Black pepper powder,Ginger garlic paste and Shallow fry them ...
  • STEP 4.Fix the Corn balls on the baby corn just like a lollipop..Paneer Corn Lollipops are Ready ..
  • STEP 5.Heat Oil in a Pan,Add Minced Ginger-Garlic,Green Chilies and Saute it for a minute.Add Crushed Peppercorns,Coriander Seeds and Zeera,Add Chopped onions and Cook them..
  • STEP 6.Grind Tomatoes and Cashews to a fine Paste..Add the Grinded paste to the onion Pan and Cook for 5 mins..Add Red Chilli Powder,Black pepper powder,Turmeric powder,Salt,Garam masala and Coriander Powder..Once the Masala is Cooked,Add Kasuri methi and cook it in a low flame for 2 mins
  • STEP 7.Transfer the Gravy to the Serving plate..Place the Paneer Corn Lollipops on top and Garnish it with Coriander leaves..Serve hot..
