I love Indo-Chinese food and always try to make some changes in regular dishes. So this time I have made paneer chilli roll and it was delicious.
STEP 1.For dough take flour, salt and oil in a bowl.
STEP 2.Add some water and knead a soft dough.
STEP 3.Make balls from dough, roll out with rolling pin, spread 1 tsp oil and cut thin long pieces.
STEP 4.Put all the pieces one on top of the other and roll in circular shape.
STEP 5.Roll out again and cook paratha on tawa from both sides.
STEP 6.For paneer chilli, marinate paneer pieces with cornflour, maida and chilli powder for 10 minutes.
STEP 7.Fry marinated paneer pieces in a pan using 2 tbsp oil till golden brown.
STEP 8.Heat remaining 2 tbsp oil in a wok, put chopped garlic and slit green chillies.
STEP 9.Add diced capsicum and onion, fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 10.Mix all sauces together and add in capsicum and cook on medium flame for a minute.
STEP 11.Now add fried paneer pieces and cook till it becomes dry.
STEP 12.Keep some cooked chilli paneer on a lachha paratha, add some carrot julienne, onion slices, slit green chilli and make roll with foil or paper.
