Ingredients for Paneer carrot paratha Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Grated carrots
  • 0.33 cup Paneer grated
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1.33 A Few Drops Lemon juice
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Roasted jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 0.67 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • as required For roti
  • 0.17 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.17 cup maida
  • a pinch Salt
  • as required Oil
  • as required water

Directions: Paneer Carrot Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a one big dish and add grated carrot and paneer. Add lemon juice. Add red chilli powder. Add roasted jeera powder. Add kasuri methi.
  • STEP 2.Add garam masala coriander leaves chopped...and mix it well and make a soft dough. Ready mixture.
  • STEP 3.Take a big bowl and add wheat and maida flour.
  • STEP 4.Add oil and mix it well. And add salt.Add water and make soft dough.. And rest for 5 min keep a side.
  • STEP 5.Make a balls and prepare soft rotiees and add paneer and carrot mixture and dough is close all side.. And rolling rotiee and saute on tava.
  • STEP 6.Saute on tava and both side with oil..looks both side light brown it means almost ur paratha ready.. Serve with masala curd.
  • STEP 7.Ready to serve.
