#BPF Bread pakora is an Indian fried snack. It is also known as bread bhaji. A common street food, it is made from bread slices, gram flour, and spices among other ingredients. The snack is prepared by dipping triangular bread slices in spicy gram flour batter and frying them. Stuffing such as mashed potatoes is common along with the slice of cottage cheese.Enjoy these bread pakoras with green chutney&hot tea.

Ingredients for Paneer Bread Pakoda Recipe

  • 1/4 Packet Bread slices
  • 1/2 Cup gram flour
  • 0.19 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp saunf( fennel) powder
  • 1/4 Tsp crushed coriander seeds
  • 0.13 Tsp coriander powder
  • 0.13 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp black salt
  • 0.13 Tsp amchoor ( dry mango)powder
  • 0.06 Tsp garam masala
  • 0.13 Tsp Salt
  • 0.13 Tsp kasoori methi
  • 0.13 Tsp cumin powder
  • 0.06 Tsp black pepper powder
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 Inch chopped ginger
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Pieces chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Pieces medium boiled potatoes

Directions: Paneer Bread Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.For filling,take all the spices in a bowl and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Take a pan add oil and add ginger and green chilli and saute it for a minute and then add spices mix and mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Now add crushed potatoes and mix well and our filling is ready.
  • STEP 4.Now take a bowl,add besan,add ajwain,salt and baking powder and add water to make a smooth flowing consistency batter.Now add oil and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Now take slices and apply green chutney on one slice and apply ketchup on another slice and spread the potato filling and keep cheese slice on it and make a sandwitch and cut in to half.
  • STEP 6.Now dip this in a batter and fry it in hot oil till golden from both sides.
  • STEP 7.Our hot bread pakora is ready to serve with hot tea.Enjoy
