Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Crumble the paneer and add it to the pan. Mix everything together and cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through.
  • STEP 5.Warm up the rotis and spread mint chutney and tamarind chutney on each roti. Place a portion of the paneer bhurji on top and sprinkle some chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves.
