  • STEP 7.50gm.....chopped pistachios

  • STEP 10.1. Boil milk in a vessel and when it comes to a boil, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  • STEP 11.2. 2. Mix vinegar in 1/2 cup of water and add milk slowly and stir it.
  • STEP 12.3. Put khoya in the pan and roast it, and mash the paneer and mix it.
  • STEP 13.4. Add sugar, mix and keep stirring. Sprinkle kewra water.
  • STEP 14.5. When it becomes like a dough, then spread it on the plate and cut the paneer barfi and serve.
