Paneer is an Indian cheese that’s made from curdled milk and some sort of fruit or vegetable acid like lemon juice. It contains a very high amount of Vitamin D and Calcium and it also plays a key role in the nervous and muscular system.

Now cook on sim flame for 2 minutes and switch off the gas.Now add mango powder, garam masala and mix it. Add the fried paneer and mix, put in the serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.
