STEP 1. Heat ghee in a pan, add cottage paneer and fry it well. Now add sugar to it and mix it well.
STEP 2.Now add almond powder and cardamom powder and fry it well.
STEP 3.Now put this mixture in a dish and make pedha after it cools down a bit.
STEP 4.Paneer almond pedha is ready
