Ingredients for Paneer Afghani Tikka Recipe

  • 200 gram Paneer cut in cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri methi
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 3/4 As required Salt tsp salt
  • 1 Onion large sized roughly chopped
  • 4-5 Green chili
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • As required Green coriander handful leaves
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 3-4 tablespoon Cream
  • 6 tablespoon Butter or refined oil

Directions: Paneer Afghani Tikka Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, take paneer, add all masalas and blend well.

  • STEP 2.In a very mixing, jar, take onion, coriander, inexperienced chili ginger, garlic mix to a fine paste and blend with paneer.

  • STEP 3.In a jar whisk curd and cream along for fivesec and blend with paneer.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Heat three tbsp oil in a pan fry paneer until golden brown.

step 5

  • STEP 5.In a pan heat three tbsp oil and add leftover marination cook till oil combines with marination then add cooked paneer and cook for 5-7 min.
