Ingredients for Pandan Cookies Recipe

  • 250 gram unsalted butter
  • 120 gram Sugar
  • 4 gram Salt
  • 1 Nos egg yolk
  • 4 gram pandan paste
  • 280 gram refined flour
  • 30 gram corn flour
  • 25 gram Coconut
  • 30 gram palm sugar

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and add butter, sugar, salt and whisk well for 3-4 mins. Preheat oven at 150 degrees Celcius then add the egg yolk and pandan paste and mix it well for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then add the sieve refined flour to the mixture and mix well to make a dough.
  • STEP 3.Then add the sieved refined flour to the mixture and mix well to make a dough.
  • STEP 4.Now take a star nozzle with a piping bag and fill the nozzle with the dough and pipe it into a tray with parchment paper.
  • STEP 5.Now sprinkle some grated coconut and grated palm sugar on the surface of each pandan cookie.
  • STEP 6.Now place the pandan cookie tray into the oven and heat it. Bake each side of the cookie for 15 minutes.
