  • 1 No.s Banana
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • 100 gram Ghee
  • 150 milliliter Milk

Directions: Panchamrutham Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the milk and chill. Do not use raw milk.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl add peeled banana,100gm of ghee, 1cup of curd, 4tsp of honey and mash until the banana is completely mushed.
  • STEP 3.Add 150 ml of milk and mix well. Fill in a glass and garnish with fruits and enjoy.
