  • 3 filets Boneless salmon cut into filets
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 Juice of large lemon Nos
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • STEP 1.Rinse and clean salmon and season it with some salt and black pepper from both the sides.

  • STEP 1.Add butter in a pan & melt it. After a minute add seasoned salmon and cook it from each side for 2-3 minutes and then add lemon zest followed by lemon juice
