Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped spinach leaves and cook until they wilt. Add a little water if needed.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan and let the sabzi simmer for 5-7 minutes until the flavors blend together.
