  • 1/4 cup Soya Chunks
  • 1 cup Spinach, Chopped
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil water in a pan and add soya chunks. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped spinach, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until spinach wilts.
  • STEP 4.Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and add the spinach paste. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the boiled soya chunks and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to boil the soya chunks before adding them to the curry to remove any raw taste.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
