  • STEP 1.Wash the flattened rice (poha) under running water and drain well.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped spinach and cook until it wilts.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the washed flattened rice and mix gently to combine all the ingredients.
