  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach puree, whole wheat flour, salt, and spices. Knead into a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into round parathas.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with curd or any curry of your choice.
