#Quickdinnerrecipe
Spinach contains vitamins A, B, C, E and fiber as well as beta carotene. Raw spinach is cheaper for children. Many dishes like spinach, soup, vegetable, spinach tikki, or paratha are made.
STEP 1.First clean the spinach and boil it in hot water for two minutes. Take out the boiled spinach in a sieve. Now take it in a mixer and make a paste by crushing it.
STEP 2.Add salt, oil and prepared spinach paste to the wheat flour to taste and mix the flour with water as required. (Leave it covered for ten minutes.)
STEP 3.Now weave the paratha and fry it with oil on both the sides. The spinach paratha is ready. Serve it with pickles.
