STEP 1.Boil the palak for 5 min and transfer it into a cold water for blanch.Then saute paneer for 2min in oil and keep aside.Then grind the palak in a fine paste.
STEP 2.Then fry the onion until it golden brown then add salt, haldi,mirch powder and tomatoes puree cook it for 5 to 7min and also add ginger and garlic paste.when the oil realise from the pan side add gram masala and then palak now crushed the kastoori methi and sprinkle over it.
STEP 3.At last add the paneer and garnish with some butter and served it with prantha.
